DESCRIPTION:I am hosting our first surf fish out of the year which will be 
 at Rio Del Mar Beach on Saturday\, May 9.\nSunrise is at 06:07\, so we wil
 l meet a bit before that\, at 05:50. This timing falls in about the middle
  of an ebb tide with a high of 4 feet at 3:40 am to a low of 0 (zero) feet
  at 10:40.\nAfter fishing\, for those that wish\, we can adjourn to the Pi
 xie Deli nearby for coffee\, breakfast burritos\, beer and to share experi
 ences. But it doesn’t open until 0900.\nFor details on what to bring\, c
 heck our club website  Fly Fishing the Surf – Santa Cruz Fly Fishing Cl
 ub. It has valuable tips\, such as to bring a sinking line\, not a floatin
 g line and a stripping basket is pretty much mandatory. I will have one or
  two loaner baskets if you do not have one.\nTo get there\, take Rio Del M
 ar Blvd from the freeway all the way down to the flats\, make a U turn to 
 the left and drive about 2/3 mile on Beach Drive to the State Park. It wil
 l be closed\, so we park outside (free parking). Do not stop at by the rou
 nd-about\, keep going!\nThe Pixie Deli is very close to the roundabout on
